Resident Outings
Residents’ wellbeing is an important aspect of living at Countryview. Part of our service includes the ability for resident families and friends to plan outings with their loved ones.
With access to a company vehicle*, we can book time in the diary for you to take your loved ones out on a trip. It could be a scenic drive in our glorious countryside, a trip to the local garden centre, or even to sit in your own back garden for a drink!
For those residents who are able, you are also welcome to use your own vehicle for the outing (subject to the completion of the risk assessment)
How to book –
- Call the home and speak to the Nurse on Duty or Home Manager to book your outing in advance
- Complete the Risk Assessment Form and return this to us prior to the planned trip

*Please note that in order to use the Company Vehicle the driver will need to be over the age of 25 and in possession of a clean UK drivers licence (a copy of which is to be provided in advance)
